Ian has always loved music. Being a radio fan from an early age he has an eclectic music taste. His first steps on to the stage were as a stand up comedy impressionist. Singing was the next step mimicking some of the singing greats.
Singing with various bands over the years Ian always put Mustn't Grumble first because as a founding member he knows where his loyalties lay.
Still loving radio you can still hear Ian present his own radio show in his own inevtiable style.
Ken was born in the 1950's. He had always enjoyed listening to music and from an early age started playing rhythm guitar in bands.
In his teens he became more interested in the Bass guitar and has enjoyed playing it ever since.
Ken not only compliments the Mustn't Grumble sound with his backing vocals but can also be found singing in a choir.
Karen started playing piano from a very young age. Encouraged by her Dad she went through her piano grades. She also played the pedal organ regularly for various organisations and functions.
Karen started gigging in various function bands from her early 20's. She met Ken when playing piano for the choir which they are both still a part of. Ken invited Karen to play in his band at the time for a charity event. This was the start of Mustn't Grumble.
Karen still keeps her hand in with the organ playing at churches, weddings & funerals. She also is now helping future musical genuises as she teaches music in a Junior School.

Richards musical journey began at 10 years of age with the local scout band playing brass instruments such as the bugle, trumpet, tenor horn and the tuba.
The band increased in size over the 25 years that Richard was with them. In that time he moved over to percussion playing different types of drums. From Bass to Snare and various Timpani instruments.
Richard recalls many great gigs with the Scout & Guide Band. From the Royal Tournament to performing in The Royal Albert Hall for The Queens 60th Birthday Party.
In 2007 Richard joined a wedding band called Plush Monkey where for the next 7 years he played at weddings all over the country.
Now Richard loves being the time keeper with Mustn't Grumble and if you listen carefully you can hear him joining in with that harmony blend.
John is the officail 'twiddler'. Playing the riffs and funking it up!
If there's an excuse to get a new pedal he will.
John takes pride in his work making sure he twiddles in all the right places.
In true guitarist fashion he delights when told 'can you turn it up a bit'
John joined Mustn't Grumble after a chance talking with Ian at a community event and even though Ian knew John, he didn't know he played the guitar. The rest as they say is history.
